Piccola Baita has three fully furnished flats with private parking and garage to ensure easy access and comfort during your stay.
Outside, you can enjoy a lush green area where you can stroll and relax surrounded by the beauty of nature. For the little ones, there is a play area to ensure fun, the property also provides a barbecue for tasty barbecues.
For winter sports enthusiasts, Piccola Baita has a ski room boot warmers to keep your equipment in perfect condition, a bicycle storage room, and a maintenance area for cyclists. If you do not have your own bicycles, the facility provides city-bike to make your experience even more enjoyable.
To meet practical needs, Piccola Baita offers a laundry room to ensure the freshness of your clothes during your stay. In addition, there is Wi-Fi available throughout the facility to keep you connected with the rest of the world.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The booking only becomes binding upon receipt of a deposit determined according to the period booked and the subsequent sending of written confirmation. Delays in arrival must be communicated to the Management in good time and in any case, like early departures, shall entail payment of the entire period booked.
Any delays of more than 24 hours, not communicated, will result in the cancellation of the booking. The Management reserves the right to assign the accommodation unit at its discretion.
Cancellations of bookings are only valid if made in writing.

  • Reservations cancelled up to 15 days prior to the arrival date will be retained in full as a partial refund.
  • Reservations cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date will incur a penalty of 100% of the booked services.

PRICES
Prices include water and electricity for domestic consumption. Bed linen, bath towels.

BOOKING
To book it is necessary to make a deposit payment by bank transfer and send a fax or e-mail with the receipt of the payment within 3 days from the request of the deposit, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. The total balance will be requested on the day of arrival at the flat when the keys are handed over.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
The flats are available from 3.30 p.m. on the day of arrival to 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Linen is changed every guest change. The owner reserves the right to enter the accommodation if cleaning and extraordinary maintenance work is necessary. Smoking is prohibited in all flat premises (Lg 3 / 2003).

ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PREMISES
Use of the premises is permitted with respect for the other guests and the condominium regulations.

PETS
Pets (dogs) are allowed in the apartment upon request and approval of the owner at the time of booking. In this case will be charged an amount to be paid together with the balance.
Max. 1 dog per apartment and a guarantee will be required for any damages.
We are pet-friendly and for the good of your furry friend we ask that he is not left alone and unattended in the apartment, feeling abandoned in a foreign environment.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT
Should the client or his/her guests cause damage to the accommodation or its contents, the client shall be held liable for such damage. In no case is the accommodation allowed to more people than the number of people stipulated at the time of booking, or to unregistered outsiders. The owner reserves the right to refuse entry to the accommodation if this condition is not observed.

MANAGER'S RESPONSIBILITY
If, for reasons beyond the operator's control, the booked accommodation is not available, he reserves the right to assign another accommodation with the same characteristics as the chosen one.
